Nola Talent's musicians have high levels of musical training from institutions such as NOCCA (the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts), the Berklee College of Music, and Juilliard and they have performed and toured with the likes of Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, Lenny Kravitz, Jill Scott, and Harry Connick Jr. to name a few.

Nola Talent's dancers are members of the oldest and most established steppers clubs, authentic Mardi Gras Indians, and local brass bands.
